Many of our classes involve the use of Lean Six Sigma Gamification and use of VFlow a world leader in Lean Efficiency measurement systems . The Gamification of the training allows students to experience and visualize first-hand the Lean and Six Sigma Principles and Tools.

What is Lean Six Sigma ?

Lean Six Sigma is a set of principles, methods, tools and techniques for process improvement in all forms of work and business.
Most of its principles, methods, tools and techniques have been developed over many decades and even centuries…however the term ‘Lean’ developed out of the effective implementation of these principles, methods, tools and techniques by Toyota car manufacturing in the 1960’s, 70’s and 80’s

YELLOW BELT

The 2 day classroom ILSSI certification Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course is designed for a professional who requires an understanding of the basics of the Lean Six Sigma Methodology and its Tools and Techniques. The use of interactive games and class practical exercises helps students to experience the principles, tools and techniques for themselves. A Yellow Belt typically will support process improvement projects as a part of a team. The internationally recognized ILSSI Accredited certification exam consists of 50 multiple choice questions. Exam fees are included.

I have used other LSS courses website for some other professional certification in the past. My yellow and green six sigma belts went fine and the instructor was a very good tutor but I couldn't carry on the next week with them for the black belt so the week after I got another tutor. Lets just say it was not the best experience and I had to drop out of that class. I wanted my original tutor but the website were not willing to confirm when he would be tutoring again. So I left it for six months and joined Leansixsigma world to take my course with Anita. Anita was very good and professional, and I really enjoyed the training. She also provided us with many useful case studies and templates. I can recommend her as good tutors for LSS training. The customer service side of things could potentially use a six sigma project. It has improved since I had my initial issue with the tutor and needed rescheduling. There were some issues with incomplete information sent to me, so I had to chase for additional information, but I will give them the benefit of doubt as rebooking after some months is probably an outlier/special cause for them (LSS jargon 😉). All in all, I am very happy about my experience, but I have to give a complete review of my experience, so I'll say 4.5* would be best."

Lean Foundation Certification I had a personal 1:1 training for the Lean Foundation Certification facilitated by Anita Stalin. She was full of energy and went into extra detail for me on certain topics I was interested in more and provided detailed examples, clear simple analogies to relate the methodologies/tools to so it was easier to follow and understand. But what Anita also does extremely well is transfer that knowledge to her students I was lucky enough to have Anita train me for Lean Six Sigma recently and she went above and beyond in her training.
