Saed Al Nobani is an experienced Director of Nursing and Head of Education with extensive expertise in the healthcare industry. He brings a wealth of knowledge in Magnet accreditation, JCIA standards, training, and nursing leadership roles. Currently, he serves as the Director of Nursing and Head of Education at Elyzee Hospital, where his commitment to excellence and continuous learning has shaped his professional journey.
Saed has contributed significantly to healthcare quality and patient care improvement as a Senior Clinical and Patient Education Specialist and Healthcare Quality Consultant at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. Prior to that, he held the position of Nursing Education Manager and Head of Education at Enaya Hospital in Saudi Arabia, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing nursing education and training programs.
He holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, which has equipped him with the skills to excel in his leadership roles.
In addition to his leadership experience, Saed has hands-on critical care experience as an ICU Manager at Saad Specialist Hospital. He is certified as a BLS, ACLS, and PALS Instructor by the American Heart Association, reinforcing his commitment to patient safety. Notably, he is the first nurse in the UAE to achieve ONCC Certification for Nursing Oncology, demonstrating his dedication to advancing nursing practices in specialized areas.
During his time at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Saed played an instrumental role in coordinating three editions of Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA) and supported his team during a successful Magnet Journey, further solidifying his dedication to excellence in nursing practice.
