Uday Mahajan, Founder and Managing Director of ProKaizen Solutions Limited, is based in the United Kingdom. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from MNIT Jaipur, India, and is an alumnus of INSEAD in France and Singapore. With a diverse background in industries like Marine, BPO, Healthcare, IT, and Telecom Infrastructure, Uday has held various roles in Operations, Quality, and Business Transformation. He has certifications as a GE-certified Master Black Belt, Lean Master Trainer, Total Quality Management from JUSE Japan, and is well-versed in the latest change tools.

During his tenure with GE, Uday held leadership roles, including Simplification Leader for Europe, based in Paris. He dedicated time to mentor students from technical and management institutes like IITs, IIMs, NMIMS, and others, preparing them for their corporate careers.

Uday has over 30 years of experience managing large teams across industries, including BPO and Healthcare. He is the pro-bono founding President of the NCR chapter for the Indian Society for Quality, an advisor on the Deming Prize Committee, and actively participates in Quality events worldwide. Uday's career includes contributions to organizations like Genpact, GE, Hewitt Associates, Cognizant Technology Solutions, and Indus Towers Ltd, where he led the 8-year program for the coveted Deming Prize. He authored the book 'The Indus Way' and co-authored a case study with a senior professor from IIM.

Rayann Alfred-Francis is the CEO and Founder of Reshape Executive Coaching Limited. Rayann holds a Masters degree in Health Promotion, a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, is a Healthcare Accredited Certified professional with the Center for Improved Healthcare Quality (CIHQ), a USA Healthcare Regulatory Governing body, a Certified Executive Coach, a Prosci Change Management Specialist and a Certified Lean Healthcare Practitioner with ILSSI. Having studied Psychology of leadership with the prestigious Cornell Ivy League University in the USA, Rayann was able to spearhead many leadership projects resulting in improved quality and cost reduction outcomes. With a rich background as a clinician and leader, she has witnessed remarkable changes in the healthcare industry, ranging from the transition from hand-written orders on paper charts (kardexes) to Electronic Health Records (EHR). The evolution continues as transporters who once worked on units have been replaced by a centralized transportation department and TUG robots, and communication has shifted from mini pagers to iPhones.

Rayann has experienced resistance to change in various forms, from early adopters to late adopters and laggards. Her success as a Change Agent, combined with her expertise as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, inspired her to become a Certified Change Management Specialist.
